HOW IT WORKS

• If after purchasing a Festival Pass, Camping Pass or Parking Pass, it turns out you can't make it to Northlands, you can utilize The Ticketing Co.'s Ticket Resale system to sell it hassle-free.

• List your pass for resale by logging into your The Ticketing Co. account, accessing My Orders and selecting "Resell Ticket".

• Once the type of pass you have purchased sells out (camping, VIP, etc), the resale queue kicks into gear, processing sales to individuals on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Feel free to change your mind anytime (as long as your pass hasn't been resold yet) by visiting My Orders and clicking "Keep Ticket."

• Upon successful resale of your Northlands pass, your original pass will be voided, and you'll receive a prompt notification that your pass was successfully sold.

• Once the resale is completed, you will be refunded face value of your ticket minus a small fee.
